So the Yeezy Boost Low 350’s dropped this weekend to impossible to meet demand. I came up empty handed too and though I still look forward to seein’ someone rockin’ these in person, I am more comforted that these Yeezy Boost Low “Black” editions are coming up next. Modern Notoriety cites a rumored August release, just in time for the big Fall runout adidas has planned. I’ll set aside some dough for this drop for sure. Looks like a sleek ninja shoe, reminding me why I like Y-3’s kicks so much too.
Here’s ‘Ye rockin’ them already…
Ahh, the next installment of the Yeezy Boost.
The 350s have leaked and been worn by the random VIP in recent months, Mrs. West amongst them of course, but now it’s official.
Wednesday June 27th, the Yeezy Boost 350 will hit even more retailers than the predecessor. Log onto the adidas Confirmed app and sign up if you’re in NYC, LA, or South-South-Southside CHI.
Of course, the fun debate is 350 or 750? I’m more partial to the high top 750s so if you agree or disagree, let me know: @gowherehiphop.
The debut MTM collection honors the groundbreaking moment when the Air Jordan I first launched in 1985. Exploring 30 years of Jumpman heritage, the collaboration plays for the present with an upper created from Flyweave; a lightweight, one-piece construction with intricate pattern work that maintains the essence of iconic silhouette. Whoo, more heat (or coldness) from Air Jordan x Nike Lab. If you’re lucky enough to be in Paris tomorrow, you can be the first to cop the “MTM” AJI x XX9 collection. It’ll be available soon to select Nike Lab retailers, with the raffle for tomorrow at jordan.com/paris.
This Saturday’s big Air Jordan release is none other than the Retro I — the “Chicago” colorway. What makes these special is that these retro versions will not have the famous Jumpman logo that the same retros of last year had, and these will have the Nike Air logo on the tongue — small details that angered sneakerheads before. So these “Chicago” versions of the 1s are the same ones that Jordan wore 30 years ago and also called “ugly” for the record on Letterman, as covered last week. *shrugs* As a Chicagoan til Chicago ends, I’ll be refreshing my computer Saturday morning.
As an added nice touch, the Chicagos will be unlaced, an homage to how they were first presented to MJ himself in this iconic photo.
Looks like that Yeezy Boost Low is still coming..!
At least via these new leaked photos that, though not 100% confirmed, definitely indicate they’re Yeezys with the ‘YZY’. Not feelin’ the pattern up above but it could definitely go well with the right outfit.
