The new video for “Feel Right” drops today and features a humorous concept set at a school talent show. The little kid stand-in for Mystikal’s raps steals the show as the real Mystikal, Mark Ronson, and Bruno Mars act as the judges. Florence Henderson even cameos as well. Watch this feel-good single come to life above.
“Uptown Funk” has finally been dethroned.
It took 14 weeks, but Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’ infectious hit has slid down the charts in favor of Wiz Khalifa’s Furious 7 contribution and Paul Walker tribute. Not that “Uptown Funk” is a bad choice, I actually like the song like the masses, but that 14 week reign is pretty impressive (and good for the 2nd longest run in Hot 100 chart history.)
I’m just happy that it was overtaken by the touching “See You Again” that I have grown a fan of since seeing it as the fitting background in Paul Walker’s tribute at the end of the film. The music video does the franchise justice as well, so ICYMI, watch the video to the new #1 song in the country below (AND, UPDATE: His performance of the song on Ellen.)

A Mystikal sighting! He surprise guested on SNL last night with Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars as they debuted a new collab called “Feel Right”. This performance was accompanied by Ronson and Mars’ first live rendition of their new single “Uptown Funk”. If you missed it, watch above and below.
Naturally, here is the new video for Mark Ronson’s upbeat single with Bruno Mars. And naturally, it’s a funky one. Watch above, in prelude to their performance on Saturday Night Live this coming Saturday.
Prepare to have “Don’t believe me, just watch!” stuck in your head.
That’s one of the repetitive lines on the naturally funky new single called “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars. The two previously worked together on hits like “Locked Out of Heaven” and “Gorilla” and intend the same chart success with this 1st single for Mark Ronson’s album. Furthering the push will be the expected performance of “Uptown Funk” on SNL come November 22nd. I think the feel-good vibes will catch on with the casual listener so be ready to hear this all over these last couple months of 2014.
