Asher Roth “Be Right” f/ Major Myjah

For Asher Roth’s newest video for this year’s RetroHash album, he goes retro.

In fact, it’s a mix of nostalgic clips of his beginnings as a rapper, from before the fame and the first couple years after he blew up with “I Love College”. The audio for “Be Right” is a nice fit for it too.

This is also a fitting description:

Asher Roth f/ Major Myjah “Last of the Flohicans”

“Last of the Flohicans” is one of the standouts on RetroHash, mixing in some tight guitar chords with thought-provoking lyricism from Asher Roth. Major Myjah croons the hook for a fitting sound so it’s only right they provide a new music video above. I’m all-in on the sharp color choices and contrasts they chose to distill themselves and what’s shown. Enjoy both the song/video above and get that RetroHash now.

Asher Roth f/ Major Myjah “Last Of The Flohicans”

With RetroHash one week away, Asher Roth drops another nice preview of the upcoming album with help from Major Myjah on an ear-catching chorus and Blended Babies puttin’ down an electric guitar heavy production. Somethin’ different from Asher & Blended off the bat. I particularly vibe with Asher’s second verse as well so give this one a play all the way through. Album drops April 22nd.
