“Last of the Flohicans” is one of the standouts on RetroHash, mixing in some tight guitar chords with thought-provoking lyricism from Asher Roth. Major Myjah croons the hook for a fitting sound so it’s only right they provide a new music video above. I’m all-in on the sharp color choices and contrasts they chose to distill themselves and what’s shown. Enjoy both the song/video above and get that RetroHash now.
Cool new vintage visuals from Asher Roth for his RetroHash collab with ZZ Ward. Kenny Koller directs and Blended Babies produce on “Parties At The Disco”, which, as you’ll see upon pressing play, has that sweet old filmstrip grain to it. I’m a sucker for most anything vintage and this falls right in line.
One of the few albums this spring that I’m excited for — Asher Roth‘s RetroHash — and that’s purely off strong previews such as “Fast Life” (the video especially), “Last of the Flohicans”, and “The World Is Not Enough”. Curren$y, Vic Mensa, ZZ Ward, Chuck Inglish all feature and the album can be streamed in full below before being purchased on iTunes… now!
With RetroHash one week away, Asher Roth drops another nice preview of the upcoming album with help from Major Myjah on an ear-catching chorus and Blended Babies puttin’ down an electric guitar heavy production. Somethin’ different from Asher & Blended off the bat. I particularly vibe with Asher’s second verse as well so give this one a play all the way through. Album drops April 22nd.

Asher‘s newest visual for the upcoming RetroHash, as directed by Rik Cordero. It’s a conceptual, lyrical record amplified by stock footage of the political revolt that Asher alludes to. Put your thinking cap on and press play.
